On pallets, loaded on closed trucks and protected from sun and dust,distributed directly to bakeries.
The products are kept under refrigeration during transport.

Labeling
Each carton is labeled with the company name and address, ingredients, weight, batch code, best before date and storage conditions. If product is stored under proper conditions, shelf life is 1 year.

Packaging
Carton containing a total of 20 kg product, packed in 4 plastic bags each containing 5 kg product. Dimensions L x W x H 310 x 275 x 260mm

Storage
Store product at a temperature below 30°C. Do not stack more than 5 cartons high.
