Baker’s Choice All purpose margarine, Yellow

Description
- All vegetable margarine, yellow colored, suitable for all dough purposes.
- Melting range 35 °C – 37 °C

Ingredients
Vegetable oils and fats, water (16.5 – 17.5%), salt (1.6%), emulsifiers (lecithin, monoglycerides, preservative 0.1% (sodium benzoate), citric acid, flavors, color (beta-carotene).

Minimum fat content: 80%
Maximum water content: 16%
pH: 4 -5.5

Consumer group
Bakeries, hotels

Distribution
On pallets, loaded on closed trucks and protected from sun and dust, distributed directly to bakeries. The products are kept under refrigeration during transportation.

Labeling
Each pail is labeled with the brand name, the company name and address, ingredients, weight, batch code, fill time, best before date and storage conditions.
If product is stored under proper conditions, shelf live is 10 months.

Packaging
Pail containing a total of 10 kg product.

Net weight : 10 kg
Gross weight : 10.65 kg

Storage

 

Store product at a temperature below 25°C. Do not stack pails more than 5 high.
